   Deposit Link

Deposit Link is an ACH (automated clearing house) payment platform. Your agent will send you a request for payment link to your email, just follow the link to complete the payment online.

• Cost: $12 per payment
• Pros: Easy, affordable, done online

   ePay in Tenant Portal

ePay is an ACH payment feature built into our property management software and linked to your tenant portal (if available for your property)

• Cost: $1 per payment
• Pros: Easy, cheapest, done online

   Wire Transfer

Wire transfers are manual bank to bank transfers, they are not the same as an ACH payment. Contact your agent for wire instructions and info if choosing this option.

• Cost: $30-45 per outgoing payment (on avg)
• Pros: Fast, funds can arrive within hours, or even minutes

   Cashier/Bank Check

• Cost: $10-20 per check (on avg)
• Pros: Easy to get at most all banks, no funds transfer until check is deposited

   Money Order

• Cost: $2-5 per thousand (on avg)
• Pros: Available at most post office branches, banks, CVS, Walgreens & other retailers
