TRAINING

Rest assured that when you work at A&S Realty we will always have your back the whole way. You will be trained by our expereienced rental managers, with our goal being that you should never be in a situation where you're not 100% confident in your abilities. You will have the whole office and all our available resources to back you up.

 

MARKETING

We offer a state of the art website that is tablet, mobile & Google friendly, direct mailing campaigns, online ad campaigns (such as Yelp), social media campaigns, and street level signage on bustling Newbury Street. In addition, any listing that you bring in will automatically syndicate to numerous online real estate platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, HotPads & dozens more!

 

LEADS

Our numerous online platforms will help generate leads for you, which we in turn distribute on a "round robin" basis. Even as a new agent you have just as good of an opportunity to get the best leads that other offices would keep for their best agents.

 

INVENTORY

A&S has been on Newbury Street since 1960, and since then we have built a vast network of hundreds of great area landlords and condo owners. We also manage over 300 units in the downtown area. All of this translates into hundreds of exclusive listings that customers cannot find through other agencies. You will have access to all of these exclusives, plus thousands of additional listings through our online networks and syndicate partners.

What we look for.

  • A commitment to working full time, and making a career in real estate.
  • Candidates who are honest and self motivated.
  • A basic understanding of Boston and the different neighborhoods.
  • General computing skills (Gmail, Dropbox, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • An open mind and a willingness to evolve as new technology emerges.
