We have been in specializing in apartment rentals since 1960 and were the first agency in Boston to do so.
Location
We are conveniently located on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. Our first floor office with plenty of signage generates a tremendous amount of walk-in customers looking for apartments - all of whom may be your next tenant!
References
When listing with us you can rest assured that when we present you with an application we have already completed all the necessary screening objectives such as: credit checks, employment verifications, past & present landlord references, and even personal references (if desired). Our goal is to make sure that you always get well-qualified tenants!
Paperwork
When a deal has been made, you can count on us to prepare all the necessary paperwork to your liking including: drawing up the leases, attaching addendums (both State and landlord specific) as well as any other paperwork involved in the deal. When you get it from us, all you have to do is sign! How much simpler could it be?
